    Missing Quantum Break code because of deleted messages


    So I bought quantum break before it came out on xbox one and it came with a code for a windows 10 download. I'm trying to redeem it and noticed all messages before a certain date were deleted with a recent update. I would like my code for quantum break and
    any other codes I may not have redeemed possibly. Thank you.

    I may have deleted the $10 code that I got in my messages for pre-ordering quantum break. Any way of retrieving the deleted message. I also never got the windows 10 code.

    The codes for Quantum Break on Windows 10, Alan Wake game, The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC will be sent within 7 to 10 days after launch.

    Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:

    •Alan Wake’s American Nightmare (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

    •Alan Wake (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

    •Alan Wake : The Writer DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

    •Alan Wake : The Signal DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

    •Quantum Break on Windows 10
