    I made a number of purchases in the online Xbox store on 3/4 and they haven't posted any rewards to my account or given me credit for the simply rewarding promotion.

    So many missing purchases from my time on Xbox

    I have been an xbox Live Rewards member since 2012 and have only ever made purchases on one Microsoft account. I am missing rewards data for multiple Gold subscriptions and many game purchases, especially in the last year. Thanks.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay in our purchase information that caused Rewarding to happen later than the usual 96 hour period. We have since processed these transactions, and the Credits are now pending in your account.

    Microsoft Rewards Points Did Not Redeem In Cash

    Hello Russo,

    Sorry for the issue with the rewards. You can fill out a
    Microsoft rewards request form     For the missing currency you purchased. Also check the email associated with the Rewards account and see if you got the confirmation email of the purchase. make sure you signing in the Xbox console with the same account also.

    Has the promotion ended? I think promotional rewards are awarded 5-12 weeks after the end of the promotion date.
