Missing Purchased Advanced Supply Drops in Advanced Warfare

I recently purchased the $80 bundle of advanced supply drops in Advanced Warfare, and did not receive them. I checked my purchase history as well as my bank account, and the purchase went through and I was charged for it. It has been 24 hours since my
purchase and they still aren't there. I've tried looking in manage add ons menu, completely quitting out of the game and relaunching it, and resetting my Xbox, none of which worked. I've also been constantly attempting to reach Activision Support with no success.
What should I do?

Thanks for the reply. It is hard to say at this point in my opinion. With all that is going on they may be short staffed and that. The choice is ultimately up to you. All depends on how bad you want them at the moment.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums. We understand you are missing in game items you purchased. Unfortunately, you will need to go through Activision as they are in game items.

Thanks for your answer, I have been trying to reach Activision for the past day and a half now, checking their support site four times an hour, and it always says that all "Activision agents are busy assisting other customers." Should I just keep trying
to get in contact with Activision, or do you think I should just request a refund at this point?

Sorry to hear it. As this is an in-game item it should be directed to Activision or EA for more assistance. However, in the meantime be sure to check this FAQ on the supply drops.
