    I've been wanting an answer for this question for a while. They've even been flexing on me because I couldn't do it. Why can't I purchase any music With groove? I do have plans to get more credit to redeem on Xbox one. So yes what happened to purchasing
    music?

    Hello! Unfortunately, Microsoft discontinued its Groove music purchases in 2018. You can still play music purchased from before 2018, but you won't be able to purchase any more songs. Sorry!

    I beleive that there was a post that said after x date that you could no longer add or use paypal for purchases. But im not for sure.
