Missing Punchard Punches for Points?

I have pre-ordered 3 games for the 15,000 reward points (Mafia III, WWE 2K17 & Titanfall 2); yet when I look at my punchcard, it only shows 1 punch.

Could you please look into this? My XBL name is .

pre ordered call of duty ww2 didnt get any points for it

O preordered COD WW2 the deluxe edition ($99) I know I only get the punchard points if I get all 3 punches, but with my live rewards I should get 4% back on purchases will that not show up until the end of the month or should it show up now?

Oh, sorry if you misunderstood

I mean, as long as you purchase the games eligible for the punchard, you're good to go.

For example, you purchased today the full $65 required for the punch card.

The points are granted, the important thing is purchase the games before the punch card ends.
If they're with a discount just keep in mind that the price registered in the punch card is the one that you payed

I have mine kinda done. I miss the last punch.

I did not win any points to do this.

I always find points somewhere in the house

So I got the avatar punch done, the collecting games, just spending 800 miss the last punch.

I think I will have it tomorrow when my wanted game comes out

punchcards have to be activated and completed within a certain timeframe and the dates given, there have been a few issues with punchards , but if the card was completed in the correct timeframe then the points will be added, you can head over to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/cf50b787-a987-a7ff-133c-6c4e3f638013
and submit a claim , they will check when the game was purchased and if the card was activated in time, they will also be able to check if there are any errors currently with punchards.

Punch cards seem to be very hit and miss these days..sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. The last 2 I did were both Mass Effect ones...the 6,000 point one (purchase the game) credited fine but the 250 point one (earn an achievement) didn't. Support did, however, manually credit me the missing points...I'm quite surprised they are completely ignoring you
