    Missing Punch


    Hello,

    I've been referred here by your Xbox Rewards help team on Twitter. GT Politika.

    I pre-ordered the new Assassin's Creed on Xbox One on 9th October and I'm yet to receive a punch on my card.

    I pre-ordered Wolfenstein on the same day and that has shown up without issue.

    Can you have a look into it for me please?

    Missing punches

    I have made 3 purchases on 3 different games of over $5 but I still don’t have my punchcard punches. I purchased via Xbox store and have my Microsoft receipts via email.

    Please help

    Hello Locke Kincaid,

    We do not see any free to play purchases this month. Keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ that it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new information:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

    If you made your purchases recently, it is too early to see Rewards for them. Additionally, there is currently a delay in purchase information due to some maintenance on our purchase database, so this 96 hour period may be slightly extended. Apologies for
    any inconvenience.

    Hi Nick. Thanks for reaching out. We do see that Assassin's Creed is not showing as "You pre-ordered" on your page. This is happening because you ordered the Deluxe edition, but it does complete the offer. We've sent this info to the team. You currently
    have three punches and it looks like you were awarded Credits for the Games on Demand punchcard on the 13th.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that there is an issue with Shadow of War, and are currently investigating. In the meanwhile, we will adjust your account manually for that purchase. You should see the last punch shortly.

    Anyone complete their April Punchcard yet on Xbox Live Rewards?

    I have mine kinda done. I miss the last punch.

    I did not win any points to do this.

    I always find points somewhere in the house :D

    So I got the avatar punch done, the collecting games, just spending 800 miss the last punch.

    I think I will have it tomorrow when my wanted game comes out :)
