Missing Punch on my Pre-Order Punchcard

We do not remove punches from your punchcard. That is a completely valid punch, and a third punch from another pre-order will complete the punchcard.

Since your Assassin's Creed purchase was a pre-order, it was not eligible for MyVIP. It awarded one punch on your Games on Demand punchcard, which requires three punches to complete.

Hi MUDGATTOR. For the current Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, we see that you pre-ordered Assassin's Creed Origins. This punchcard began October 1. For the past Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, you pre-ordered Shadow of War and
Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.

As stated in the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

Since your purchase was only made yesterday, it is too early to see a punch for that purchase. Your other pre-orders are already punched, as indicated by the 1 - 2 - 3 Punchcard at the top of the Games on Demand page. Since the body
of that page only displays standard edition purchases, it will not show a grayed out cover art on that part of the page.
