    Missing Provider - Zazeen in Quebec (Canada)


    I just wanted to report that a cable provider is missing. I use Zazeen in Quebec but after entering my postal code it is not listed.

    Out of curiosity I entered an Ontario postal code and they are listed, but the lineup is different in Quebec. Is there a different way to report this problem?

    maybe theirs a restriction for quebec residents? like when you buy certain games that are in canada it says not available for quebec

    It could be that the cable provider has made itself available for Ontario subscribers but not Quebec. Your best bet here would be to contact the cable company and ask if there are plans for them to get set up to use the Xbox One service.

    You can also submit this through TV & OneGuide settings -> Troublesooting -> Report a OneGuide a problem.
