Missing promotional £5 credit from xbox video.

I got a message from xbox live on 13/11/2014 saying: " You recently may have had issues using xbox video. We apologise. This issue has been resolved. Come back to xbox video and enjoy a movie on us! Be sure to use the promotional credit of £5 We deposited
to your account. The credit expires 2/2/2015" My current balance is still £0.00- is this a real message or some hoax/phishing stunt? If genuine, how do i claim/spend it? cheers!

Pay what you owe XBOX

Back in April I purchased two 30 dollar Microsoft Cards for my xbox live onto one receipt and was not given a credit of 5 dollars per every 15 dollar value onto my xbox account as promised by the special promotional going on XBOX.com. I was only rewarded
with a five dollar credit. I am missing 15 more to that credit amount. Will someone please assist.

Recently I have been renting a lot of movies from Xbox video. I was given a messgae from xbox live 3 or. 4 days ago that I would get a promotional credit of $6.50. that never was received or added to my account.

You should have received that credit at the beginning of October, the email you received was just a reminder. You should be able to see the deposit over at
commerce.microsoft.com. Check there and make sure the date filter includes October 2014.

a reminder message? What kind of garbage excuse is that? Why would you get a reminder message a month later especially if you already spent the promotional credit? And I'm talking about my case not his. If microsoft would stop automatically deleting
peoples messages, I'd be able to show that the 2 messages had different expiration dates. Why would the messages have 2 different expiration dates if it's the same promotional credit? It's 2 different messages for 2 different credits. You guys are just
being ridiculous.

I don't understand... I didn't get any £5 credit at all. My brother did and we share an Xbox.
