Missing promotion: bought Homefront deluxe with errors

I bought Homefront deluxe when it was on sales and it did not work. For about 5 days i tried to get it to work. I called Xbox tech support and they credited my account and took my license away from the game. No big deal. I went to rebuy it but the sale/promo
was over and the price went up to regular price.

I called Xbox tech support again and they said i needed to open a post on Forums and you would help me. Tech support was supposed to email me a ticket number but never did.

I didn't receive the 8000 FIFA point promotion item for the Super Deluxe Edition of FIFA 17

okay so I bought FIFA 17 last month and I got the super deluxe edition of it, but I didn't recieve the 8000 FIFA point promotion that came with it.

Thanks for coming to the forums. You are wondering if you can still get the game at discount price. If the sale is over and you were not able to purchase it at the time of the sale you will have to pay the full price now. Sorry you were unable to get the
game in time. Unfortunately this happens from time to time to all of us at one point.
