    Missing promo points


    I made a post after buying my Xbox One S(first one, upgrade from day one X1) from the Microsoft Store around black friday, they had a promo that you would receive 50,000 reward points.

    My first post was 19 days ago( Can be found here ) and was told to post again after 15 days as thats typically when the points should appear on my account.
    15+ days later and no points still.

    Not to mention I never received my 25$ gift card from the Microsoft store but Im guessing thats a whole other issue.

    Missing Promo Points

    I became part of the rewards team, then purchased Xbox live gold(200p reward for upgrading), my first Xbox market place purchase (100p reward) and I purchased the Black Ops2 map pack which also was suppose to have 100p reward. I have only received 100p total.
    Missing 300p. Thanks for your help!

    The Credits are currently pending in your account, and should be deposited in our end of month deposit. Unfortunately, as you suspected, we have no visibility in MicrosoftStore.com operations, and you would have to follow up with their support contacts at:

    Also, promo points are usually sent out as codes via email. Can you please check both your WLID and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) email, including all junk, spam,
    and trash folders? Let me know if you find your code, thanks!
