Missing Promo Items from the Fallout 4/Gears of War Promo

Gamertag: G Hoopti Rida. Purchase made at GameStop. I never received the physical copy of Fallout 4 or the 4 Gears of War games from the promotion a few weeks ago. I had purchased the 2TB Gears of War Xbox One S bundle from GameStop, and this was supposed
to be a part of that promotion. I have been in contact with GameStop Support for the past couple weeks, and they finally determined that this was not their promotion, but rather a Microsoft promotion. How do I go about getting these games? This bonus was the
thing that pushed me over the edge to upgrade to the One S from my One console. If I'm not getting these bonus titles, I would like to know so that I can return this console.

Hey Chris -

Thanks for the link. Regarding your Gears of War legacy collection. Once you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that came with your console, that will trigger the system to put you in queue to receive your codes for the legacy collection. The physical copy
of Fallout 4, however, is something we do not have any further information on and that would be up to GameStop to fulfill.

Hopefully that helps clarify a bit.
