    missing progress for Daily Challenges after system image restore


    I'm running Win 10 Insider build 14965 and I had to restore my desktop system from a backup I made on Nov 7. When I opened the Solitaire Collection and finished today's Daily Challenges (Nov 13), I checked the Calendar tab and saw that no progress was recorded
    for Nov 8-12. I have played all 5 games every day and I know the progress is supposed to be synched across all devices, but no games played after the date of the backup image appear.

    Even stranger, is that on my Surface Pro 3, it shows 4/5 games played on Nov 8 and 0/5 for Nov 9-12, while my desktop shows 0/5 for all 5 dates. Most likely I played those 4 games on my SP3 which is why it shows they were completed, but I don't understand
    how two computers synched to the same MS account can show different results, and I don't understand how the progress wasn't restored from the cloud when I signed in.

    Something similar seems to have occurred back in Aug and Apr, because looking at my 2016 badges, Aug only shows a Bronze badge with 7400 points and Apr doesn't show the perfect banner and only has x45050. I have finished every daily challenge game this year
    and I'd really like to be able to retrieve or correct my past scores.

    Does anyone have a suggestion or a way to repair/recover the missing progress?

    All July Progress Lost

    In Microsoft Mahjong I had all of July up to current, minus three days of the daily challenges completed. Now all of that progress is missing.

    Dear Gerry,

    I had the same problem yesterday, January 13th...I got the first two finished and when I clicked on the Third Puzzle is stalled with a busy mouse...It will not load and I observed my whole Challenge History was missing.

    Today, Sunday, January 14th, I see the history and I can load today's Challenge...BUT I cannot load yesterday's Third Puzzle. Very strange.
