missing product keys

Madrok, if you purchased the games through the microsoft store, the games are all saved in your profile/email.

So just connect that email that has the games purchased from your microsoft store and download them normally.

Seems your product is key locked, check the game jewel case and if the code is missing contact your retailer for a replacement or refund.

if my mind is correct I think ul after buy another product key unless you try and guess the missing / erased letters

What correct forum? Us that are waiting for keys, can't access the private beta forum.
