    Hello,

    I know this problem has occured to to others but I think my case is different.

    I just extended my xbox live gold subscription and I can download the free gold games and I can see in my microsoft account (in browser) that my gold privileges are active (for instance I checked on this page: Xbox Live-Dienststatus | Ausfall von Xbox Live-Dienst
    ) but I can't play e.g. Battlefield 1 or Halo 5 because it says I am missing online privileges. I also can't join a

    party or create one and if I try to do so I am being redirected to the

    "buy xbox live gold" page...

    Please help me I have had this problem already when I extended my subscription the last time and I could solve

    it by resetting my xbox one... Unfortunately, this doesn't work this time. I have also tried to connect to the internet on different ways via WiFi and cabled and via hotspot on my phone. The error won't go away. What am I supposed to do?

    Missing Multi-player privileges

    Hi,

    I have purchased Xbox gold yesterday but I am not able to play games online. Although I was able to do so with Xbox gold trial packs. It gives me an error MISSING MULTI-PLAYER PRIVILEGES. Is this a glitch/bug sure is there something wrong with SETTINGS?
    Can anybody help me out.

    Missing multiplayer privileges

    Every time I try to play battlefield online it says missing multiplayer privileges but I checked and I do have Xbox gold until 12/3 anyone know what I can do to get online

    They no longer have the family gold, I miss it myself. But you can have the one gold account set the xbox to home with that gold account and everyone who logs into that xbox will share the most of the gold privileges Or in your case do 2 golds and 2 home

    Yes, your Xbox Live membership travels with the account, not the console. So if you have a Gold Account signed into a console, you have Gold privileges on that console. You can recover that account on a different console and have Gold privileges.

    I bought it in Microsoft Store via laptop. After that I saw that there was a global issue with Live Gold system.

    If I try to play multiplayer in Battlefield 1 the game says missing multiplayer privileges.

    Can I check somehow my live gold status active or not?

    Although I have a XBOX Live Gold when I try to purchase NBA 2K16 it asks me to make a new subscription

    The free month with gold membership is a trial period and doesn't offers all the privileges of the paid gold membership. I suggest you to purchase xbox live gold membership to enjoy the full privileges of this membership.

    As far as I'm aware it's a gold subscription privilege, so if you want to use these features your need to subscribe, although I could be wrong lol
