Missing preorder punches

I preordered both Sea of Thieves and Farcry 5 but neither is showing up on my punch card

Can you please review my Punch Card sats as it shows me only having a single punch card when I should have at least two due to 'DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2' not showing as pre-ordered

Support will check,but also make sure you're checking the 1 2 3 at the top of the page. The pictures will only show standard preorders. So if you preordered any form of deluxe edition, it will only show at the top of the page.

Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for the punches to show after making a preorder. Since the offer just started yesterday, it would be too early to see any punches. If you preordered before January 1, it would not be eligible.
