Missing Pre-Order VIP Gems

    Missing Pre-Order VIP Gems


    I pre-ordered a game about 2 weeks ago. I read that I could get VIP gems from pre-orders, however I am still missing the 60 gems I should've received from pre-ordering. Now, I do have some sense as to why I didn't receive them. I had a problem purchasing
    the game with PayPal and had to ask support to change the payment method to use only my Microsoft account. After that the order was finally complete. I've waited the 96 hours for the gems to pop up but gems from other purchases I made after my previously stated issue
    was resolved appeared before. I'd really like to receive the gems I am missing. The order that I had a problem with was my Pre-Order of Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet.

    i preordered sea of thiefs on 1-2-2018 and it still has not punched

    as for the the credits should got for first purchase also i am not getting my vip gems for each 1$ spend in the online store purchases such as my pre order and other games have not given any gems. i only buy from online store so its not a retail issue.

    We see these Gems have been awarded and are in both your vault total at the top of the vault page and on your Gem statement. Please remember that it takes us 96 hours to receive new activity.

    These 60 Gems have been in your account. You can review this activity with the Gem statement on your MyRewards page. You will see you had a deposit of 120 Gems in early February. This was from your purchase of Monster Hunter World and Sword Art Online.

    Same here. The VIP membership and 6 pre-order cars were accepted on XBOX.com, but the VIP membership never turned up on the console, only the 6 pre-order cars.

    Are there any specific offers You're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases would either need to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you would need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Anniversary gems are not the same as credits. They would be added to your VIP gems as long as you claim them on the MyRewards section of the site.

    After investigating your purchase, we found that there was an issue receiving your Sea of Thieves transaction due to its Play Anywhere status. Since our Xbox Live Rewards program only rewards Xbox purchases, the dual-nature of this purchase caused our system
    to incorrectly sort that purchase out. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently working on a fix for this game, and you should see the offer complete shortly. Regarding your other recent purchases, since those were for the PC and not the Xbox, they
    were not eligible for Xbox Live Rewards, such as your Ori and the Blind Forest purchase on the second.
