Missing Pre order email

I pre ordered the sea of thieves black dog closed beta, and do not have the email with the code for the closed beta.

so i just got an email from gamestop about my pre orders

the email says thanks for your preorder of bf4( which is an xbox1 pre order) date is october 29,2013

If you preordered digitally through Xbox, you won't receive a code. You would already be able to download it. It would either show up in your ready to install area or you'll need to search for it in the store.

If you preordered it from a retailer, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for assistance.

Me either...I am currently talking to a virtual agent...my girlfriend pre ordered also, but she says the code isn't in the email? I'm guessing we can't access closed beta without the code, as it's now over 6 hours past it opening and I can't enter.

I pre ordered online and I installed the pre order Sea of Thieves AND the pre ordered Sea of Thieves Closed beta. I have two Sea of Thieves in my Games folder now on Xbox One...and neither of them will let me in to the closed beta which started at 4am PST.
So I assumed you needed a code, which I don't have.

Of course, no comments. Codes weren't sent in emails, so...wtf? Closed Beta has been open 6 hours now and still can't get in. YES, I have DOWNLOADED the closed beta game already. It says "You are too early. We know you would really like to get started, but
you will have to wait a bit longer. Check the Microsoft Store for the launch date." LMAO...I guess everyone else is too busy playing right now to bother shedding any light on this. Customer Support at Xbox was no help either.

No, there's just been an issue with the beta and a lot of people are having it say they're trying to access it too early. If one of the downloads you have is the beta, then you don't need a code.
