Missing pre order content.

Can I ask exactly what content is missing is it all the deluxe content or the pre order content

Can you please clarify which content you're missing? If you cancelled your pre-order and later repurchased the game you would not be eligible for the pre-order content.

I bought it off my Microsoft website account. The game did not have a DLC code. It was a physical copy.
