Missing Pre-Order "Borderlands 3"

Hello,

i purchased Borderlands 3 on a preorder and have not received it. I followed the help section suggestions with no luck. I went to my order history and there was no record of my purchase, but I have a receipt stating I did make such a purchase. How do I
rouse the sleeping giant Microsoft to make this right?

Thank you for your quick response. I have tried contacting customer service online 2X and once by phone. No reply yet and put on terminal hold. I should have pre-ordered from Game Stop or any other vendor than Microsoft. All my buds have the game and have
been playing over the past four days. Thanks again.

If you have the receipt, but it's not in your order history, you'll want to try contacting support and speak to billing to make sure the purchase did go through. If not, you'll need to purchase it again. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

It bills 10 days before the games release. Not the day it comes out.
