Missing Pre-order bonuses for DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 - Pre-Order Bundle

Hello,

I pre-ordered Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and the description stated that there was a pre-order bonus (fromin game item and special character). I have not received a code to redeem the pre-order bonus and I checked the game data on my xbox and it has not been
installed with the game. the game was a digital pre-order through the store via my xbox one. i reached out via chat for support and they directed me here. please help.

Dragonball Xenoverse preorder bonus DLC not working.

I digitally downloaded Dragon ball xenoverse with the pre-order but the bonuses won't show up in my game. Does any one know how to activate the pre-order bonus for the digital download?

If you purchased Dragon Ball from the Xbox Store digitally, this content is automatically provided in game, and not sent as a code. Try checking the game's 'Ready to install' by highlighting the game's tile, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller,
and select 'Manage game'. Through there, look in the 'Ready to install' section for any DLC. Once the pre-order pack is installed, you will need to unlock the content in-game.

Unfortunately I've had to reinstall all my games after resetting my xbox to factory setting. I'll see if this works. I'll be upset if all my saved data is gone and if I can't get a hold of my pre-order bonuses from the Halo: Master Chief Collection and Dragon
Ball: Xenoverse.

This is content that is located in-game, and not sent out via email or Xbox Live message. To access the bonus content, please highlight the game's tile and press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select Manage game. From there,
locate the Ready to install section to install any pending DLC. After the DLC is installed, you may need to progress further in-game to access the content. Also check your character selection area to see if you are able to download/install your Goku
Black from there.
