Missing Pre-Order Bonus for Fallout 4

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 a little over a week ago and I have yet to get my Fallout 3 code. I've checked my email and I haven't got a message from Xbox on here or on either of my Xbox consoles. Can someone please help?

Pre ordered Fallout 4 waiting on Fallout 3 code

I pre ordered fallout 4 and am waiting as patiently for that as can be. The bonus of playing fallout 3 is keeping me going, now I just need the code to play it! Yay for bonus games when you pre order.

We'd love to help out with the error you're running into. When you say the code doesn't work, which specific error code do you see when you try to redeem. The error code will look similar to either 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000.
