If you cant contact the retailer , which is wrong you have a years guarantee.

Get in touch with Microsoft let them know and see if they can do anything 👍

Hi, this is a very strange case, but I suppose it can happen because of that I always like to buy in amazon because in case of any problem they send you a replacement product the next day. I hope you can solve your problem quickly and enjoy your Xbox,

Remember to keep the reciept and then contact the person or place that you bought the game from to explain the situation to them and that you are missing a part of the purchase. They should be able to send you a new power cord or replace the xbox they
have sent you with the power lead included. They could even refund you for your purchase if you wanted to.

Contacting the store that you bought it from and informing them of the issue is what I would do. Hopefully they will resolve the issue without too much hassle. If they don't want to take care of it you could just return it. Sorry that you had to experience
this. That must have been an irritating thing to find, or not find depending on how you look at it.
