Missing Points in Franken Rewards Mission

Hi, I have participated in the Franken Rewards Mission this month and for this I purchased Resident Evil 7 - Deluxe Edition as soon as it was discounted in the Shocktober Sale.

I also purchased an Avatar Item and for both I received the points.

But then I also unlocked the 5 Achievements in RE7 necessary for step 3 in the Franken Rewards Mission but did not receive the points for that nor the bonus points for completing every step in the mission.

Maybe I'm a bit too nervous, but 96 hours have long passed and I'm worried, that there might have been a problem with the system recognizing me unlocking the 5 achievements.

Since the Mission ends tomorrow I just want to make sure that everything is fine.

Can you look into that please.

Points missing again

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Yes, it has been more than 48-96 hr wait time for ALL of these.

Update: I should note that I actually only received 1,000 credits for the "Franken Rewards" mission, not 2,000. 14,000 credits, and not 13,000 credits, hasn't been posted or deposited as of yet.

mine have not counted either, this month or last. i finished the franken rewards, but my achievements didn't count
