    Xbox reward points gone missing

    just logged into my account and 50.000 from the 6th December have gone missing

    When do these point get converted as I was expecting them on the 16th December but nothing happened

    I've purchased Battlefield 1 for Xbox One in December, but I didn't gain no points (mission with 1250 points, aim: buy a game on the store) from the mission... How can you help me?

    The Credits are pending in your account. There is a up to 96 hour delay after completing all three offers. You can review this new Credit event from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    December 20th: Account taken between 12 AM and 12 PM points drained. UAI Started as soon as I discovered points missing, Account was not migrated.

    January 5th: Account returned with codes for missing points.

    Hey there Jeplo, sorry to hear about the missing points! For those types of promotions, points are usually sent 6-8 weeks from the end of a promotion date. To be sure, did you take part in the promotion on the 12th of December, or was it in the days after?
    Please let us know, and we'll go from there. :)

    Hello Wanderloewe,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We determined that certain bonus/enhanced edition movies were not being properly allocated toward the correct chapters. We have since fixed the issue. I see that since we applied the fix, your last chapter for Future completed.
    Therefore, you should expect to see the Credits pending within the next 96 hours.
