Missing points for the over 60 dollar promo last month

Hello,

A bit ago I did the mission that said you'd earn bonus points for purchasing over 60 dollars worth of any games. This was a limited promo. The points never popped up in my rewards. Any help would be appreciated.

Black Ops 2 for £43 with 2100 points included at Tesco!!!!!

Last year my Tesco were doing the MW3 promo with 4200 points for £60 with the game. It would seem that 3 month subs are included in the offer. At my Tesco at least.

 

Subscribed to Groove Music Pass promotion, promo code never sent

Last month I clicked on an ad on Xbox One that offered a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass after buying one month. I bought a month through the ad, the promo code never came. I have been waiting over a month.

Those Credits were placed as pending in your Account on March 5th and were deposited on March 29th. For future reference, all Credit and Deposit activity can be reviewed from the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. Additionally, deposits as currency
can be seen from your commerce page at (Billing help - Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
