Missing points for march promotion

purchased three items that met the rewards criteria in march. Mass effect andromeda, ghost recon wild lands and witcher 3. Didn't receive points for 2 of the purchase. Contacted Xbox and they verified and had me fill this post out .

Reward point total for month of March seems off

Hi,

In March I got the 6000 credits for purchasing $60 worth of content. Today I noticed my rewards total for the month of March is 6000 points less that I expected. I spent a little over $160 for the month so I was expecting 16000 points. Points were
added for March today and I am only seeing 10000 points added. It looks like the 6000 I earned for the punch card was deducted from my monthly spending total. No where in the promotion does it mention this. I already earn 10% a month for being at the 5 star
level. Can someone please explain why I am missing 6000 points?

Missing rewards points from March "Simply Rewarding" promotion

I have spent over $60 since the beginning of March. The last game I purchased, to put me over the $60 mark, was The Assembly, on March 14, 2017. The points were supposed to show up as pending within 96 hours. It is now March 20th and nothing has shown
up as pending in my Microsoft account.

Since your Mass Effect purchase was not made through the Xbox Store, it was not eligible for Rewards. We see that this purchase was redeemed from another source. Your purchase of Ghost Recon awarded one Games on Demand punch. However, that offer required
three purchases to complete the offer, so your one out of three punches did not complete that punchcard. Your purchase of the Witcher 3 expansion pass went to the Warrior Rewards offer. However, that offer required a minimum spending amount of $60, so you
did not complete that offer. Your purchases did complete the Simply Rewarding offer, which was 6,000 Credits for $60 in purchases. Those Credits were placed as pending on March 5th. They were a part of the March 29th deposit. You can review this activity from
the MyStatement section on the MyRewards page.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Our servers underwent yearly maintenance last weekend, which delayed processing by a day or so. The Credits are now pending on your account.

For the renewal, the renewal offer is 200 points through the Rewards program, not 800. Was this from a dashboard promotion?

The 5% back offer on purchases was only available in February, not March.
