    Missing points for already owned items


    I have previously purchased 3 items which are on the “my offers” section of Microsoft rewards. These include far cry 5, Xbox live gold, and the game pass. I purchased these through the Xbox marketplace and not through the rewards app. Far cry 5 is worth
    6,000 points and both the Xbox live and game pass are worth 100 each. I have tried to open the game and redeem my points, but I was unable. I request that my points be rewarded to my account. Please let me know on any future development on this issue.

    Already owned 90% of the stuff on sale, but it finally gave me an excuse to pick up the Halo Wars DLC.

    Also owned every item on the "other" sale including the avatar items. Doh. Gimme something new!

    But what about all the games that they own already, If the downloaded items will be transferable and the games will be compatible then there is no point of doing that.
