Missing points, continued.

I'm replying in a new post because my initial post was locked before I had the opportunity to do so.

I've been told that I didn't get credited for my purchase of Ghost Recon Wildlands because I bought the digital download and not the disk. I've been told that detail was in the FAQs. That answer is technically correct, but unfair to your customers.

Why hide that detail in a FAQ which is in a link written in the smallest font on the page? Why not spell that out in the offer itself? The offer says very prominently that you can earn points for buying the game and has a very clear link to press to get
the offer. When you press that link it takes you to a page that has both the digital and disk versions of that game. Why not just state that in the offer just as boldly as the offer itself? Instead of "Earn up to 15,000 Rewards points when you buy XXX game",
how about "Earn up to 15,000 Rewards points when you buy the disk version of XXX game"? Instead, you list it in an obscure link?

That's a deceptive business practice if I ever saw one.

Xbox Live Cloud Save

You missed the point entirely.

Xbox Life Cloud Save continued syncing with my local Xbox One hard drive every time I started the game. The complete safe was never lost, otherwise the sync would have restored it.

When part of my information disappeared, the sync still happened, but treated the new version -- with the missing data -- as official, and overwrite the other save (that was not missing anything) with the one that was.

Cloud save worked to back up my save, but could not recognize that my save had mysteriously lost some data.

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

If you play a chapter, save and quit. And continue by choosing a rally point instead of "continue campaign" option. The game sees it as not a full or completed chapter. If anyone ever makes that mistake (Rally Point start) Just quit and replay the chapter
from the beginning. There is a simple way to find out the problem. Look for the missing Chapter Completion Achievement.
