My pins/store disappear every day or every other day. It's getting old having to hard boot the system to fix this over and over again.....

Typical Microsoft. Take the IP Conflict / DNS issues caused by PC's going to sleep and introduce them into the XBox One.

Great move. Really needs a fix to be in the next update

    Hey there everyone!

Thank you for posting about this and bringing it to our attention! I'm happy to inform you that we're definitely looking into this, so please continue to check back for updates!

For now, the best steps to try would be to Power Cycle Your Xbox One Console (as others have suggested).

Thank you all very much for your patience while we investigate. =)

Best clearing the MAC address actually then you don't need to go pulling cables or pushing buttons in a certain order.

Browse to the Network settings > Advanced > MAC address > Clear.

Think thats it as at work so no Xbox in front of me

I've had this happen multiple times. The hard reset always works. Is anyone having this problem more than once? I don't feel I should have to keep cycling this through a hard reset all the time considering how much I've paid for this console.

i had the same problem and I did to a full power down which did fix it. holding the power button on xbox for about 6 seconds.

I was also having a problem with my smartglass app and that also got fixed in the power down.

Hey guys, I’m having to power cycle pretty much every day because of this issue and it’s really getting on my nerves now, especially coupled with the continually saying it’s lost my tv signal when it absolutely hasn’t, the kinect not recognising me, the
voice commands seemingly working completely at random and the regular refusal to wake from sleep... man this thing is a £500 box of hate.
