    Unplugged from wall and from xbox for about a minute powered on and the xbox store and pins are back!

    I had this issue. What fixed it for me was actually doing a hard reset of the X1. Hold down the power button until the X1 turns off; then actually unplug it from the power for a couple of minutes. Then restart the X1; it worked for me.

    Missing Pins and Store

    Had problems with this again last night and could not get my pins back. Eventually worked out that bloody cats had chewed my network cable.

    Still this issue need to be fixed as it's a right pain having to reset, clear mac addresses

    Just did my hard reset and it worked perfectly. So far, hard reset has fixed 3 of my problems, including this one, without fail. Thanks =)

    I have had all the same issues but I have done a hard reset and it has not corrected the issue... it happened right after the last update was installed. any other suggestions before I go to Microsoft to see if there is a fix?

    druwillcutu. Try deleting your router from the connection settings and re-connect. If nothing after that contact Microsoft.

    I've got the same issue. I've done the reset a few times and it fixes it temporarily then it happens again. Tried resetting my router as well and still nothing.

    I'm on this list too. I'll hard reset and I get my pins and store back for a couple days, then its back to the same issue. Its a vicious cycle that I'm starting to get tired of. I hope MS figures this out soon and gets a fix.
