Missing pieces?

Anyone else feel like the exclusion of leaderboards sort of diminishes the competitive nature of the game? I don't really care about world wide leaderboards because that just promotes cheating - but I'd like to at least be able to compare my stats with
my friends.

Also, I'd like more guns to choose from. 2 SMGs, 2 ****, 2 snipers, and 1 LMG doesn't seem to fill the void of customization and options...

I heard that every time you "prestige", you get an additional 10% xp boost...is that true? Why do that? So people can reach max prestige quicker and then quit?

Anyway, I love Titanfall I just feel like there are a few things missing...

Missing / wanted features

Tones is spot on. The 360 wireless pads were always wireless so no switch was needed. The new XB1 pads are wired data when plugged in with any USB cable, wireless when not.

 

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Deluxe Edition - Season Pass shows "Owned" but I cannot install and am not getting the SP DLCs

Just to be clear, here are the items I paid for (via the Season Pass) that I am still missing:

Assault Pack:

- 2 Frag Grenades (Missing)

- 2 EMP Grenades (Missing)

Tactical Pack:

- 3 Smoke Grenades (Missing)

- 2 Gas Grenades (Missing)

Additional Season Pass Items:

- 4 Praxis Kits (Missing)

- 1000 Crafting Parts (Missing)

- 5000 Credits (Missing)

- 5 Booster Packs (Missing)

- 20 Chipsets (Missing)

This is not only affecting me but other players as well. When are we going to receive the items we have already paid for?

Here is the thread on Square-Enix's site (http://forums.na.square-enix.com/showthread.php?t=190774) showing even more people affected. We need an answer otherwise we'll
be forced to take action to get our money back.

 

Not really bothered about leaderboards etc. Most of the time people boost them or find some way to hack them making them entirely pointless.

At least this way people don't have anything to cheat toward.

Regarding weapons you can use the Anti-Titan weapons as well. The Charge Rifle is pretty good fun to use against players. Don't forget the four pistols as well.

Unsure about extra XP when you go up a generation. Not heard that before.

One thing I really like about the generations is the challenges that you're forced to complete. I think that this mechanic will really serve to separate the average player from the great players as only the best players will be proficient enough to be successful
with all the different weapons in the game.

Time will tell...

 

Ive heard there are also challenges before you can prestige. Early prestiges are easier of course, but around like 5 or 6th prestige (generation) you have to kill like 50 pilots while they have ejected and they are air born and stuff like that. Seems like
tough challenges and I dunno if those challenges are throughout your total gameplays or just during that prestige.

 

leader boards ruined cod. the most fun i had playing cod was cod 3.no leader boards and sniper rifles sucked.

 

I get the whole thing with cheaters and leaderboards, but I still like to compete with my friends and compare stats with them. I couldn't care less about global leaderboards.
