Missing pending credits

Everything is finally tracking correctly with exception to the missing 2000 bonus reward credits form completing all of the Warrior mission. It's tracked that I've unlocked it but hasn't rewarded me with the credit. It should read 16250 pending credits in
my account not 14250. It's things like this that I usually stay away from doing the mission during the month.

Rewards credits seem wrong

I don't think I'm properly being credited for all of my purchases. When looking thru my history and comparing pending credits and past credits there seems to be several things missing

We see that the Credits for that part of the offer are now pending in your account. Since the other levels of that offer were only recently completed, it took time for our system to process the additional event.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled until recently. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may
do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since the Credits that put you over the 5000 Credit amount were not pending until the end of December, your deposit will be a part of the mid-January
deposit cycle.

the following month. Since your 15,000 Credit event occurred on the 4th of this month, it was not deposited. You should expect your Credit events on the 4th to be deposited at the end of the month. We have already adjusted your Credits for the missing star,
which is why you have 3 Credit events of MyVIP Gold 2 dated on November 30th.

in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since you only recently hit the 5000 pending Credit requirement for an automatically scheduled deposit (December 4th) you
have not received those pending Credits.
