    Hi. I have just paid £25 onto my son's Xbox account but it's not showing as a credit on his account nor on mine. I can see the order in my account, and I can see it being charged to my credit card, but it's not showing in my Microsoft account balance or in my son's, so where has the money gone? Thanks

    Panic over, the credit finally showed on my son's account after a 45 min delay. Frustrating that I've just wasted all this time investigating it but I'll know for next time. Mike

    i switched credit cards for xbox gold and i cant play sea of thieves anymore and i have the disc (which isnt scratched ) and i cant play it

    Have you ever missed a yearly payment? If even you miss 1 single day of payment for the following year, I was under the impression that it will conflict with the tenure year you're wanting represented. I could be in error, just something for you to keep

    I found that this could mean missing info in your case,have you tried the following?

    1. Go to My Account.
    2. Under Payment & Billing, click Manage Payment Options.
    3. If prompted, sign in using your Microsoft account (also known as Windows Live ID).
    4. Check the information associated with your payment options. Fill in any missing information.
    5. Return to My Account.
    6. Under Payment & Billing, click Billing Contact Information. Fill in any missing information, and then click Save.
    7. Try to redeem your prepaid code again.
