Missing party invites sent by friends?

Go home, select friends, select the friend who sent the invitation, and on their page it should say join party.

If you know your friend sent an invite, pull up the in-game friends menu, go to the party tab and hit the start button. So hard.

Something odd going on, I was just in a party with a few friends and they both reporting issues with games missing, when they sent invite to games it's not saying what game it is, just says .... " ***** wants to play" ...



One also said his notifications have stopped working, checked his settings and nothing has been switched off.

Invites are an invitation to play a game or talk in chat with that person. For example lets say we both play Fortnite, I send you an invite for a party, due to we get in the same squad and then we can talk and collaborate easier to get that win. We all get
the rogue invites. Personally I ignore them if I do not know the person. We recommend trying a party chat or partying up in a game with a friend so you can get a feel for it. When you sent invite, you sent one for a party chat, that is where you can talk
to each other over the Xbox like a phone call.

This would be great, especially when you get mutliple achievements at once, send your friend a party invite and an invite to join the game, they join the party, you get disconnected from live, reconnect, rejoin the party.

I could easily cut down my friends list without feeling guilty about removing people. (Although there'd still be that sadness when you realise someone's missing).
