    Missing package??


    I have been trying to get a hold of someone in customer support. I placed an order on the Xbox design lab website. My package was shipped on 6/14/22. I have waited a month and my tracking info says no pending delivery date. I contacted fedex they said the package was returned to sender and would not give me information why. They said I had to get a hold of the sender to resolve the issue. I have been trying to get a hold of Xbox customer support. The customer support page tells me there are no calls or chats available for my issue. I just want the controller or a refund I spent 86$ on it. I can also provide order number and tracking number.
