    Missing owned game


    Missing Dying Light from my owned games, and also all the DLC’s, went to the Xbox store and it says $19.99 like i never owned it, same way with the DLC’s, i bought and have had the game for almost 2 years then all of a sudden it disappears from my installed
    and ready to install, ive tried reseting the xbox, refreshing my owned games, and looking through troubleshoots and nothing helps, this is stupid, i wanna play my game!!!

    The 360 version of that game is not backwards compatible. The one listed on the list is for the Xbox One and is compatible with the Series S/X.

    Thank for your answer Smwutche So one of them is not, but the other one seems to be compatible... Funny thing is that the one available is the oldest of the three, so how could I play the compatible one if is not displayed in the owned games tab?

    Is there something wrong with the 360 games? I'm noticing and I have a lot less games on the owned games pile and I think they are a lot of the 360 games I got from games with gold. I searched on the xbox store one of the games missing and it still says I own it and I can play it but it's not in the owned pile, is anyone else having this issue?
    I am missing more than 50 games, can’t get an answer from anybody and Xbox support is non existent. No phone number, no email contact, and an AI that is dumb as a brick and offer no real answers.

    I have always been a loyal Xbox fan, bought both the Series X and Series S and have the One X too, but this is unreasonable and maybe Sony is a better company?
