Missing Overwatch Pre-order promo rewards

I was participating in the Overwatch promo give away and when you pre-order the game you get 50 entries into the giveaway. I never received the 50 entries!

HELP ASAP!

I've preordered and payed the Overwatch Origins Edition via Xbox store.

Unfortunately i've not received any form of the pre-order content.

Not via Email, Not via Messanging System, not via activation.

After a dissatisfying contact with the xbox support via chat,

i was told to report it here to get the content i've already payed for.

Check your messages on your XBox, my movie code was sent to me via Xbox message. I was happy to get the free movie, annoyed tho that I missed out on 6k rewards points because I pre-ordered and didnt buy after the points promo started.

Got the same problem and pre ordered Forza Horizon 3, NHL 17, Bioshock Collection and Batman return to Arkham. Still no reward. Didn't have to pre order but with the promo I decided why not. Shouldn't have and won't pre order again. I'm not happy right now.

Preorders do not count towards VIP.

But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo

As Hydro mentioned, the codes are sent in waves for eligible pre-order customers. If you pre-ordered Overwatch from the Xbox Store, the Overwatch Beta was unlocked in the Xbox Store before the beta began. If you have already pre-ordered, go ahead and search
