    Missing OneGuide Information on Xbox One


    Good Afternoon,

    Lately I’ve been having an issue with OneGuide on Xbox One. It’s been missing loads of information, and for the life of me I can’t get through to Xbox Support regarding the issue. I don’t have to speak to an agent, I just one to alert them to the issue.

    I live in Aberdeen, Scotland. My postcode is AB243XY. Here are a few of the channels that have missing information. The numbers in the brackets are the freeview numbers.

    Quest+1 (76)

    4Seven (47)

    Film4+1 (45)

    STV+1 (33)

    E4+1 (28)

    Sony Movies Christmas (50).

    I have tried all things mentioned on the internet to try and remedy this. I just hope someone from Xbox Support sees this.

    I'm having the same issue. Oneguide doesn't display any information for certain channels. Clearing Oneguide and History doesn't have any impact. Also, some channels are missing or in the wrong order.
