    Missing one of the Mixpot items


    I was previously supported on here. And I have received the codes. However, one of the Mixpot codes says it was already redeemed. Maybe they accidentally sent the same code to another person. It was the code for the Gears 4 Microsoft Studios skin. You can
    check my account and see that it doesn't have it. And possibly check if the code was redeemed before yesterday, since that is when I received it, proving it wasn't me. Thank you for your help.

    Hello, I never received my Mixer promotion item (Mixpot for the Ebon Flintlock skin for Sea of Thieves). I've noticed that other people have it in the game and figure something happened where I didn't get my code. I checked all my Live messages but don't
    see anything. It's very difficult to find where to properly go for support and I'm hoping someone here can help.
