Missing offline files

Hello. I was playing Skyrim offline.

When I connected to the internet the next day, the game synced with the cloud and all my offline saves are gone.

Can I recover them?

Hi Lance,

Thank you for the prompt and detailed response.

I checked the Manage -> Save Data section, and all I can see is "" (1.7GB) and "Reserved space" (5GB) options.

From here, I can only delete/clear reserved space.

I tried rebooting the console several times, but nothing changed, the saves are still missing.

Thanks for the tip though, it was worth trying it.

Hey Butelie,

Thank you for reaching out! I'd suggest going into the game hub of Skyrim and look for any save data. You can access this by going to Games and Apps>Games>Manage Games>Saved Data. If you are able to see your saves here, you should be able to access it by
rebooting your console; otherwise there your offline progress would be lost.

Try to go to practice before quitting. After 5 times of missing saved files. I found this out. Try it.

The other way is to try create the game during offline mode, and play in online mode.
