    Missing NHL 17 Super Deluxe Edition code


    I have purchased the 99.99 NHL 17 bundle. According to NHL 17 disclaimers, the redeemable code comes from the retailer. It was purchased through my xbox and I still havent received a code. Please help.

    Did not receive EASHL Equipment bundle and NHL '94 Celebration on nhl 17 and i pre ordered the super deluxe edition on xbox marketplace

    Didn't receive the equipment bundle or nhl celebration i was supposed to receive when the game was released. i pre ordered the nhl 17 super deluxe edition on xbox marketplace. i did receive the ea access code for 1 month free but didnt receive the equipment
    bundle or celebration.

    Pre ordered NHL 17 Super deluxe Edition and have not yet recieved my EA access code yet. after speaking to EA support and xbox support i am told i have to post here and it will be dealt with.

    Keep in mind that with the Deluxe Edition you should receive 5850 NHL points in HUT, not any extra packs. Additionally, this is content we're unable to provide over the forums.

    Alright so the HUT packs are sent 2 per week but you have to sign in and play each week. Have you been playing weekly since launch? And when was the last time you received your packs? And to confirm, did you purchase the game digitally or physically?

    As you purchased a digital copy of the game, there is no extra download code necessary. The license for the bonus content is added automatically do your game/account. If you open the two packs you currently have, do you receive new ones the next time they
    are sent out?

    I understand this is frustrating however we are unable to assist with in-game content. If you still are unable to locate your content, I highly recommend reaching back out to EA Support and explaining to them that you purchased a digital edition of the game
    which does not require any additional content codes and that you are lacking in-game content.

    Sincere apologies for the frustrations this may cause.
