Missing MyVIP Rewards from August 2017

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for your % back on purchases with

Therefore, since your Rock of Ages purchase went towards the Summer Spotlight offer, it did not award payback. Your only eligible purchase that month was beneath the $10 amount required for payback and was therefore held in reserve to complete a $10 amount
in a following month.

offerings showcased on the new MyVIP page were inspired by member feedback and give members three different ways to participate in MyVIP:

MyVIP Percentage Back: Earn up to 10% back on qualifying purchases with your MyVIP Star Rank.

MyVIP Perks & Gems: Access special offers and earn MyVIP Gems for a wide range of activities and milestones.

MyVIP Vault: Trade in your MyVIP Gems for a Reward of your choice from our vault of curated prizes. You can read more about each of these different MyVIP features in the next few sections, or on the MyVIP page.

Since Gems were only created on October 1st, it is not possible to reward them before they existed. Regarding survey Credits, and for all Credits in general, please keep in mind that it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new information.
One hour is not enough time for us to process new activity.

Regarding the Assassin's Creed offer, from the FAQ:

This is a multi-tiered offer worth up to 14,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems overall. In order to earn the entire Rewards Credits amount, you must complete all of the levels of the offer. You can earn the 5 MyVIP Gems for completing any part of the
offer. Please see Question 2 for eligible content. All actions must be completed between December 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. This offer does not apply to purchases made in the retail Microsoft Store. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or
another world time database to determine local time.

Since your purchase was made in November and not between December 1 2017 and December 31 2017, as stated in the FAQ, your purchase was not eligible. All activity must be done in the offer period to be eligible for an offer. It is not possible to reward an
offer before it existed.

Regarding payback for your purchases, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We only recently calculated last month's MyVIP, so it was too early to see the Credits pending. They are now in your account. Regarding your anime purchases, since your purchases were made on August 1st, they were not eligible for the offer, and instead
went to MyVIP. As was mentioned in the FAQ for that offer, and for all our offers, our program is based off the UTC time zone. For example, the FAQ from this month's Lord of the Rewards offer:

All actions must be completed between September 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit
http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

While we will adjust your account for completion of this offer, please keep this in mind for any future offers you choose to participate in. You should see this adjustment shortly.

What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?

You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

Your 556 Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards Points when you are fully transitioned into Microsoft Rewards.
