    Hi,

    I checked the number of MyVIP Gems I had the other day, and it was at 137. I just checked again and it's now at 107, and I haven't spent any. Can you please look into this?

    MyVIP Gems Missing

    Hello Xbox Live Rewards team,

    Seems there's another issue that's cropped up on my account. As of yesterday I was showing 122 MyVIP Gems in the account, and now it's only showing 2, and I haven't used any on any of the perks.

    I think somehow it reset and my completing the survey for the month put 2 back in there...if I had to make a guess. I also haven't seen any gems added for recent purchases either leading up to noticing this.

    Thanks for looking into this. Missing MyVIP Gems :)

    This clearly sounds like something that should be in the Support Section, and not in the regular Questions Section. Hope one can move this post over so it comes to the right ppl.

    We detected an issue with Gems on Friday, and have recently received word that a fix has been deployed by our web team. We see that your gem count has been updated back up to the hundreds range again. Are you still seeing an abnormally low amount?

    Hello SargentDynamit8,

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused
    MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership
    is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.
