Missing MyPlayer file

Discus and support Missing MyPlayer file in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I recently logged in into my xbox to find that all my NBA 2k20 MyPlayer files were gone and i had not deleted any, does anyone know why?...     I recently logged in into my xbox to find that all my NBA 2k20 MyPlayer files were gone and i had not deleted any, does anyone know why?

    Crashing during Career and GM

    I was in MyPlayer mode and was upgrading my player, i backed out for it to save the updates and some error message came up. It sent me back to the home screen and came up with the screen to create a MyPlayer. I restarted my Xbox One thinking it would then
    load the MyPlayer files but it didnt. keeps going to the screen to create a new MyPlayer. did i just lose everything?

    2K & them trash servers at it again, I swear if I have to redo my MyCareer Player

    someone better refund me all my VC I lost using on my player SMH

    I done put 110,000 worth of VC into my MYCareer Player

    I'm gonna be pissed if I have to start over

    This just happened to me. It keeps sending me back to create a player.
