    Missing my VIP Star rewards credits


    I'm trying to find out why I haven't received any of the reward credits for my VIP Star rank, I have received them for August & September, but not for October & November. I have made purchases in both months, but have not received any rewards for them? Can
    someone please explain why I have not received any points & how to get this fixed?

    Xbox rewards + VIP disappeared!

    what happened to my VIP level and my rewards? I had 1600 credits and some progress to my 5th star and now everything is gone !

    Missing Credits Rewards

    Hi, I believe I am missing the credits rewards for my last 3 purchases on Xbox LIVE.

    On October 24th I purchased Resident Evil 7, on November 16th I purchased Star Wars Battlefront 2 in the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition (which was already out at that date as opposed to the standard edition, so this was not a pre-order) and last friday, November
    24th I purchased Forza Motorsport 7.

    It seems like none of these purchases have earned me credits rewards corresponding to my VIP star rank 2, at least they didn't show up in my feed.

    The last time I did receive credits rewards was on September 30th, for a couple of game purchases.

    Can please someone look into that?

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it's too early to see credits pending for November purchases. You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your rebate for October.
    Keep in mind, subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders, and any content that counted towards another offer on the site would not have counted towards your rebate.

    Hello StumpyYapper,

    Purchases can only be Rewarded through MyVIP or offers, not both. Since all your purchases in October qualified for the I Heart Horror Reward, they were not eligible for MyVIP payback. Regarding your November payback, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    My credits do not go up

    Gamerscore is not the same as rewards credits. In order to earn credits you need to either complete offers listed on the site or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. In order to earn credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP
    rebates.

    Bing Rewards is a completely separate program and will not count toward earning rewards credits.
