    Missing My VIP Rewards


    Hello, I have not yet received rewards in my account for my purchase of a Path of Exile bundle or the Destiny 2 Deluxe digital bundle. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks!

    I hate My VIP

    Ihave tried to use the My VIP rewards many times but never seem to get rewarded. What am I missing ?

    Xbox reward points and MyVIP gems conversion

    So I opted out before XB Rewards transitioned to MS Rewards, and my reward points and VIP gems should've been deposited into my accounts in form of currency, as said.

    I've seen that people have already received their deposits, so should I just wait or am I missing something?

    Keep in mind rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for September purchases.

    Hello Barnsley Pal,

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, so your purchase of Destiny 2 would not award payback. From the FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    However, it did award one of the three punches required for the Games on Demand offer. Regarding MyVIP Credit for your Path of Exile purchase, from the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated this month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Just to let you know an Xbox Live Rewards Topics/Post should be posted in

    Xbox Rewards Support     section of Forums. When you have VIP it means you have been selected as a VIP and now have unlocked a VIP Exclusive and it's shown under VIP Rewards on the My Reward Page.
