Missing my star

Discus and support Missing my star in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I made around 100 dollars of purchases in order to get the bonus star. It's been 7 days and it hasn't updated.     Missing my star


    I made around 100 dollars of purchases in order to get the bonus star. It's been 7 days and it hasn't updated. Please help.

    I'd love to get an answer this time the last Tim I posted I had an issue with bonus points I never got a reply.

    Hi, I had an email from Xbox Live offering to add another Star to my rewards account if I spent £75 before the 28th of February, I exceeded this amount but have not had one added and have spent money I would have otherwise not spent. Can this be fixed please?

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore your purchase of Mass Effect was not eligible for this offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:



    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?
