Discus and support Missing my Skins in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have been missing my Phantom Esport skins and now i'm missing my Emerald skins now.     I have been missing my Phantom Esport skins and now i'm missing my Emerald skins now. I can confirm I was in both streams and they both haven't came through. For Phantom it's been a month or two now. Please Help

    Hello Jogilfedder, if the Skins you bought form made with those V-Bucks that were refunded, you automatically lose the skins when the refund is made.

    However as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data, or the accounts, the ideal would be to contact the service of Xbox and Epic.
