Missing my last VIP star

Hello,

i've spent NOK 1685,90 from 2feb to 28feb. I was told if i did that i would get my last VIP star, but i haven't... so my question is, where is it? i see on my dashbord,0% progress. And have i recieved my 8% bonus on these purchases?

XBL rewards show wrong vip stars

last year i had vip 3stars iv spent well over 900$ an my vip aint going up now this year it shows 1 star vip

Not received my credits for my VIP purchases from last month

I spent a decent amount on purchases last month according to my VIP gems it worked out to around £96 on games and additional content for those games, February has been and gone, and the VIP star rank credit purchases have not been added to my rewards account,
any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Edit: Actually I spent £139.28 last month with elite dangerous being on the 28th so no Idea if that's thrown it out, but it now seems I am missing some VIP gems as well....

I paid with my cellphone, my operator has withdrawn the amount i spent on my invoice bill. So the payment shall be more then valid.

I really hope there is a solution here.

We can confirm that this is the purchase method we are seeing, and will correct this issue to properly recognize this purchase method, and your purchases. However, since your purchase of For Honor was a pre-order, you did not complete the VIP Boost offer.
Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for this offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar

There is a table for MyVIP levels for your region on the FAQ page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/#vip), under "How is my MyVIP Star Rank determined?" The requirement for five stars for your region is $1800.
As you request, we will leave this thread unlocked, but cannot guarantee a response.

so I am literally 200$ short of five star? What was the bracket of last years 5 star since I literally was 5 star VIP not even a month ago if you don't mind me asking..😑
